Essential:
- Education up to SSC should be in a government or fully government aided high school.
- Present education should also be in a government or fully aided college.
- Should have joined the course of study in the academic year 2010-11 after passing all the qualifying exams in the academic year 2009-10.
- Intermediate students should apply only in the second year along with their first year marks copy. They will be awarded the scholarship for both years together.
SPECIFIC CRITERIA WILL BE APPLICABLE FOR RESPECTIVE COURSES
- Intermediate: Not less than 85% marks for boys and 80% marks for girls in SSC and 70% marks in Intermediate first year if they continue their education in Govt. or Aided junior college in the 2nd year. Students of APRJCs will not be eligible for Intermediate scholarship.
- Polytechnic: CEEP Rank within 10,000.
- D.Ed: DIET CET Rank within 2,000.
- D.Pharm: Rank within 200
- B.Sc/B.Sc (Nsg): Not less than 80% marks in SSC & Intermediate
- B.A/B.Com: Not less than 80% marks in SSC and not less than 70% marks with Arts/Commerce groups or 80% marks with Science group in Intermediate.
- B.Tech/B.Arch/B.Pharm/B.Sc(Ag) etc.: (a) EAMCET Rank up to 5,000 (boys) &10,000 (girls) (b) Overall ECET rank within 1,000 (boys) & 2,000 (girls)
- MBBS/BDS: EAMCET Rank within 2,000.
- PG (Non-Prof): Should secure admission to a free seat in any University College, fulfilling basic eligibility criteria for UG-NP Scholarship as detailed at 5 & 6 above in addition to Essential Criteria listed above.
- Applicants securing eligible CET Ranks should apply within the specified time even if counseling is not done. They should submit proof of admission as soon as counseling is completed.
