- We are a voluntary organization and have no paid employees.
- We spend our own money on tours and travels.
- We receive donations for supporting education of brilliant underprivileged students.
- The entire amount of donation from the donor is passed on to the beneficiaries.
- We account for each rupee of the donation to the donor giving complete details in a transparent system of accounting.
- We treat individual or corporate donors of Rs.1.00 lakh per annum and above as co-sponsors.
- Our administrative expenses are met from the bank interest on “Maintenance Corpus Fund” of Rs.15 lakh.
- Only students from government and aided schools/colleges are beneficiaries of our programs.
- We have developed norms for selections in an unbiased manner with no scope for discretion.
- We have evolved systems and processes for effective implementation of the programs in a transparent manner.
- We have a database of all our scholars, donors and sponsors. This data is available to all the concerned.
- We furnish disbursement statements to all our donors and sponsors periodically.
- We furnish the academic performance and scholarship disbursement statements to all our donors and sponsors periodically.
