- Students must return books in good condition. Otherwise books will not be issued to them again.
- Students may share books in vacations by exchanging books among themselves but are responsible to return books borrowed by them in good condition.
- HM and teachers responsible for NMMS results will be honoured as a token of appreciation for their dedicated work.
B. SCHOLARSHIPS:
BREAD Scholarships are revived for Intermediate, Polytechnic, D.Ed. and D. Pharm from 2012-13 for students fulfilling all BREAD Society’s eligibility criteria and denied assistance by Govt. The Society has decided to award BREAD Scholarships only in the second and subsequent years of study after ascertaining that the scholars were not given tuition fee waiver and/or monthly maintenance scholarship by the govt. BREAD Scholarship will be based on academic performance at the entry level and as well as during the present course.
C. RURAL STUDY CENTERS:
BREAD Society will continue to run Rural Study Centres in remote villages where there are no schools. Donors may choose villages and nominate local coordinators for effective monitoring of the program.
D. COACHING ASSISTANCE PROGRAMME:
BREAD Society initiated Coaching Assistance program in 2008-09 for supporting underprivileged students for Common Entrance Tests. However, our experience is that very few students have availed the opportunity provided by us, especially for GATE, PGCET and ICET. Therefore, Coaching Assistance for these CETs has been discontinued. However, in order to encourage students to choose the Polytechnic option for becoming full-fledged engineering graduates, Coaching Assistance for CEEP and ECET is being continued.
E. BREAD-KRIYA CHILDREN’S FESTIVAL:
This collaborative program will be continued for one more year viz., 2012-13. |
